Dr. Nirmala Mohan
Visionary Educator | School Leader | Curriculum Innovator
Dr. Nirmala Mohan, our esteemed Principal, brings with her over 15 years of rich experience in the field of education, school leadership, and child development. A dynamic academician and administrator, she holds a Ph.D. in Education, an M.Sc, an MBA in School Management, B.Ed, and Diploma in Montessori Teacher Training (DMNTT). Her vast academic expertise is complemented by a solid foundation in corporate professionalism, having worked for 4 years in a leading MNC.
Her deep-rooted passion for early childhood education began at Kids International School, where she served as a Centre Head, later becoming the Principal of CK Innovative Public School and multiple branches of Chocolate Kids Play School (Kannivakam, Melakottaiyur, and Urapakkam). Today, we are proud to have her as the principal of our institution, where she continues to lead with innovation, compassion, and excellence.
Curriculum Development & Academic Innovation:
Dr. Nirmala is a certified Montessori educator with an in-depth understanding of child psychology, curriculum design, and practical learning integration. She has personally designed and published customized kindergarten worksheets and notebooks, aligned with the NCERT curriculum, tailored to foster foundational concepts through engaging, activity-based learning.
Her vision extends beyond textbooks she believes in preparing children for life. Under her leadership:
